Nicky Tzimas is a prominent leader in facial aesthetics, recognised for her expertise in advanced clinical practice, procedural safety and aesthetic, non-surgical cosmetic treatments and education. She is the Founder and Director of the Cosmetic Professional Development Institute of Australia (CPD Institute), a Registered Training Organisation, where she has influenced the training and professional development of over 10,000+ healthcare practitioners.

In addition, to her educational leadership, Nicky is the Founder and Owner of two established cosmetic clinics in Melbourne and regional Victoria and practices as a Nurse Practitioner in aesthetic medicine.
